Returns are accepted within 14 days after reeceiving the product. Please contact us before returning the item.
We will refund return shipping costs in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by HLVL (HwLevel), Andrej Štrancar s.p. to be defective. For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
